Each week, you’ll tackle 3 full-body workouts designed to hit all planes of motion—because life doesn’t just happen in one direction. These workouts build strength where it counts and help you move better, feel stronger, and function like the everyday athlete you are. All you need is a couple of dumbbells and a sturdy surface—think chair, step, or anything that won’t wobble when you step on it. That’s it. No fancy equipment, no gym required. Just you, your dumbbells, and a little grit.
